This is where we brew our all-natural, fresh beer!
Located at “Hops Central”, the small but impressive, 1000 HL brewery welcomes you for a visit and to taste our beers. Producing up to 100,000 liters of great beer, we follow the more than 500 year old German purity law (only using hops, malt, yeast, water) for the majority of our beers while always being open to trying innovative recipes for some of our rotating specialties.
Bash Brewing supplies its premium craft beers to our sister businesses operated by “Hops Garden”, and to a range of premium partner outlets in Phnom Penh.
We also have a number of mobile systems, including our trailer and beer counters, allowing us to deploy fresh beer at events and functions of up to 500 people via creating a “Pop-Up beer garden” experience. Visit Bash Brewing website —>

Hops Garden Co. Ltd. operates four distinctive restaurants and beer gardens in prime strategic locations throughout the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh.
Hops “Central” in the BKK district is the flagship of Hops Craft Beer Garden & Restaurants, with a green beer garden & outdoor grill, indoor restaurant, art lounge, private meeting rooms, terraces, high-end billiard tables and electronic darts. We offer a comprehensive menu with the best German food in Cambodia as well as international specialties including vegetarian options.
Hops “Villa”, in the Tuol Kork district is set in a renovated Art déco villa surrounded by a lush garden shaded by trees. Hops “Villa” offers the popular Hops menu with German and international specialties and Bash Brewing’s full, all-natural craft beer selection available fresh on tap. Relax with your party around the water fountain table next to garden swings, or play a game of pool on our 9-foot table.
Hops “Eden Garden” at the Eden Garden lifestyle mall is located in the newly created “Phnom Penh City Center”. A major outdoor mall, Eden Garden, is home to our popular kiosk with outdoor benches under large umbrellas.
