Our Businesses
Chew & Bash Hospitality, established in 2016 and today headquartered in Singapore, has built a profitable and resilient presence in Cambodia’s emerging craft beer and hospitality market for more than a decade.
Our F&B operations include the wholly owned restaurants Hops Craft Beer Garden & Restaurant and Chew & Bash – Phnom Penh Island Club with a combined 965-seat capacity across Phnom Penh. Supplemented by growing catering and events services, together these venues serve as popular community hubs hosting concerts, events and corporate gatherings.
The Group’s brewery, Bash Brewing, produces 1,000 hectolitres annually at near-full capacity, supplying both in-house venues and premium third-party clients in the HORECA market. By combining traditional German brewing craftsmanship with unique proprietary recipes, Bash Brewing delivers a distinctive product portfolio of five permanently available craft beers complemented by a regular rotation of innovative specialty beers.
